Brazil nuts native species of the high forests in the Amazon and it can only be found in significant concentrations in Peru, Bolivia and Brazil. It contains good cuantities of vitamins, antioxidants and minerals, also they are a good source of vitamin-e, this vitamin ais a powerful lipid soluble antioxidant. It is required for mainting the integrity the cell membrane of mucosa and skin, by protecting it from harmful oxygen- free radicals.
